Kevin Weldon

Kevin Weldon made his Broadway Debut high above the stage as Peter Allen’s Stunt Double in “Legs Diamond”. He has worked regionally at GEVA, Stage West, Papermill, Pocono, Falmouth and Cleveland Playhouses, Goodspeed Opera House, Walnut Street, Bucks County, Carousel, Westchester Broadway, and Actor’s Ensemble Theaters, as well as over Nine Hundred Performances of the Magnificent Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. As a cabaret performer, has has appeared at 54 Below, Don’t Tell Mama, Eighty-Eights, Seven Hills Inn, Rod’s, Eugene O’Neil Theater Center, Club Helsinki, and Spencertown Academy. He is also one half of the Cabaret Duo, “The Backdoor Boys”, performing for charities throughout the Berkshires and the Upper Hudson Valley over the past fifteen years. So happy to be returning to The Mac-Haydn after appearing here as Gyp DiCarlo in “Jersey Boys” last season.

Jacob Atkins

Jacob Atkins is thrilled to have this opportunity to perform at the Mac-Hadyn Theatre, returning to the role of Joe Pesci. You can find him currently at Elon University in his Senior year where he is getting his BFA in Musical Theatre. Later this year, you can also find him playing Georg in Spring Awakening. Other favorite credits include Pippin in Pippin, Jack Kelly in Newsies, and Edward Bloom in Big Fish. Some interesting facts about Jacob are that he eats fries in 2’s, and he is a Nerd at his core. Taye is beyond ecstatic to be back at the Mac for a whole season, after doing Jersey Boys last summer! Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Andrew Martin Maguire is thrilled to be making his Mac-Haydn debut in Jersey Boys. Regional/professional credits: Royal Caribbean’s production of Grease onboard the Independence of the Seas (Doody), Source One Fives’s filmed production of The Fantasticks in his hometown of Franklin, TN (Matt), Grandstreet Theatre’s production of Newsies in Helena, Montana (Romeo), and Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma’s production of Titanic (ensemble). Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree from Oklahoma City University in 2020 at a time when live theatre was impossible. Cydney Gleckner is overjoyed to return to the Mac-Haydn Theatre for her second summer season. In the upcoming fall, she will be a senior at Marymount Manhattan College in NYC. She made her college MainStage debut her sophomore year as Carrie White in Carrie: The Musical. Other favorite roles include Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family, Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, and “Bless the Lord” in Godspell. When she is not performing, Cydney enjoys cooking, cycling, playing with her dogs, and driving around in her Toyota RAV4. Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Matthew Harper Stevenson is a Virginia native but now resides in NYC. He could recently be seen as Younger Brother in Ragtime (American Stage), Kenickie in Grease (Palace Theatre) and Eugene in Grease again! (Interlakes Summer Theater). After graduating from Christopher Newport University with a degree in Musical Theater and Dance, he would take part in different workshops in the city such as new musicals Like the Wind, Survival of St. Joan and My Pet Dragon. He would like specifically to thank his parents Bob and Laura for their endless support, his sisters Brittany and Erin for their undoubted love and reassurance and his beautiful girlfriend Sarah for inspiring him to be the best he can be every day. Stephanie is an actor, singer, and dancer hailing from Clinton, North Carolina. She is ecstatic to be making her Mac-Haydn debut! Alessandra Alcala

Alessandra Alcala is a Southern California native and very excited to be on this side of the country for the Mac-Haydn’s 2023 Season! Most recently she served as the Music Assistant/Keyboard Sub for Center Theatre Group’s revival of “The Secret Garden” at LA’s Ahmanson Theatre. Other credits: Great American Melodrama (Resident MD/Composer/Arranger), SLO REP (MD: Xanadu, The Marvelous Wonderettes), Pacific Conservatory Theatre (Asst. MD: The Secret Garden, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, MD: Chicago). She is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Music, and studied Choral Music/Conducting through the Delaware Choral Symposium in Provence, France. When not behind the keyboard, you can catch her playing this weird instrument called the fife – select performances include: Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Universal Studios, and Disneyland. Arthur Beutel

Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Arthur Beutel is a classically trained singer based in New York City. His dynamic, high-energy approach to performing in both musical theater and classical styles brings his unique brand of humor to the stage for all to enjoy. He received his Bachelor of Music in Opera from Colorado State University and a Graduate Certificate in Vocal Performance from the University of Connecticut. Arthur is studying classical voice with baritone, Brian Montgomery and musical theater with Chris Citera of the Mike Ruckles Voice Studio. Arthur recently made his off-broadway debut playing Mr.Pinkerton in PINKALICIOUS: THE MUSICAL with Vital Theatre Company at the Soho Playhouse. He spent last summer in Lincoln, NH with NCCA Jean’s Playhouse performing The Sound of Music (Max Detweiler), Cabaret (Ernst Ludwig) and Mamma Mia! (Bill Anderson). Arthur joined The Metropolitan Opera for their final production of Verdi’s AIDA (2022-2023) and in Poulenc’s Dialogue of the Carmelites (2023).

John Hannigan

John is delighted to be returning to the Mac-Haydn stage this summer after helping to close out last season as Smudge in Forever Plaid! This is John’s fourth regional production of Jersey Boys, and he is so excited to continue sharing its amazing story, this time as Four Seasons bass Nick Massi. Favorite productions in New York and regional theatre include Songs for a New World (Milton Theatre), Jersey Boys (Mountain Theatre Company, White Plains PAC), Forever Plaid (Plaza Theatricals), The Last Five Years (Merrick Theatre), Altar Boyz (Porchlight Productions) West Side Story (Heights Players), and Rent (CM PAC). Claire comes from Southern California! She resides in Phoenix, rather her home does! Claire has been on tour for the past couple of years with Cocomelon Live: JJ’s Journey ! and Hits!: The Musical! as Wardrobe Supervisor. She loves being on the road! She first fell in love with live theatre when her family went to go see the 1st American Tour of Beauty and The Beast in L.A. She knew she always wanted to work in Entertainment and didnt care how! Now here she is with a B.A. degree from UCI’s Claire Trevor School of Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in Costume Design. Claire loves everything in the costume world! Eric is thrilled to return to MHT for his 3rd season. He is delighted for audiences to experience the incredible talents of the entire company. His music direction at MHT include Urinetown, Next To Normal, Footloose, Godspell, and last season’s smash hit Jersey Boys. He also proudly music directed the Berkshire Theatre Award Winning A Call To Places starring Gabe Belyeu. Elsewhere, Eric has music directed productions of My Way, Scrooge, A Man of No Importance, and numerous concerts and cabarets. As an actor, Eric has been seen across the country and internationally in productions of Cats, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Disney On Classic in Japan, to name a few. Anthony Michael Velez

Anthony Michael Velez is so grateful to be returning to the Mac-Haydn Theatre for their 2024 Season. This will be his fourth season in a row here! You might remember his past roles as Paul San Marco (A Chorus Line), Sancho (Man of La Mancha) and Arpad Laszlo (She Loves Me) at the Mac-Haydn Theatre. He recently made his Off-Broadway debut as a Standby/Swing in El Otro Oz at the Atlantic Theatre. Anthony was the recipient of the 2019 National Youth Arts Awards for Best Actor in a Musical as Jack Kelly in Newsies (Pied Piper Youth Theatre). She had the opportunity to train at the 30 Rock Wig Shop working on things for SNL and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Conor is beyond thrilled to be back at the Mac! Gabe Belyeu is happy as always to be returning for his 14th season at the Mac! Last year you saw him as Julian Marsh in 42nd Street and Bob Crewe in Jersey Boys, as well as in our Sondheim review. This year you will see him reprise roles in All Shook Up and The Fantasticks, as well as another feature review! Other favorite roles at the Mac include Zaza in La Cage aux Folles, Javert in Les Miserables, and Tateh in Ragtime. Most recently, Gabe appeared as Sebastian in R&H’s Cinderella at Cape Fear Regional Theatre in North Carolina. This season’s performances at the Mac are dedicated to his late father Mike Belyeu; Miss you, dad.
