Ethan Grant Wong is thrilled to be making his Mac-Haydn debut in one of his dream roles! Ethan was born and raised in Hong Kong, but he also has roots in Australia. He moved to NYC to pursue a BFA in musical theatre at Marymount Manhattan College. Fun fact, before he decided he wanted to spend his life dancing on stage, Ethan’s dream was to be a marine biologist. NYC credits: Birds and Bats (Bruce Wayne and others). Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Troy, born and raised in Massachusetts, is a recent graduate from Shenandoah University with their BFA in Musical Theatre. Performing since the age of 11, Troy finds all of their passion for the arts through dance. Growing up around Boston, there were plenty of opportunities for Troy to discover their love for dance/theatre. But it wasn’t until the sixth grade when they started kicking their face; although they did give some stelar performances to Lady Gaga in their kitchen from the ages of 8-11. Some of Troy’s favorite credits include A CHORUS LINE (Greg), HAIR (Margaret Mead/Tribe), INTO THE WOODS (Jack), and at Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre…GREASE (Eugene/Radio Singer). Troy is extremely excited and grateful for the chance to perform three wonderful shows at the Mac-Haydn Theatre this summer and wants to thank their family and friends for their continued love and support. Isabella Vargas

Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Isabella was born to a family of musicians and has been surrounded by music and the arts all her life. When she moved to Miami at the age of eight, Isabella discovered her passion for performing, and started singing and performing in showcases such as the At&t Young Stars Showcase. She also had the privilege to sing the National Anthem at The Marlins Baseball Stadium in Miami FL. Isabella’s journey with dance and acting came soon after, joining competitive dance with the Adrenaline Dance Company. Isabella’s past credits include Anita (West Side Story), Eponine (Les Miserables), Jenna (Waitress), and Thoroughly Modern Millie. She is currently in her last semester at the American Musical And Dramatic Academy (AMDA) and is looking forward to what the future holds.

Trevor is excited to be back for this second summer at Mac-Haydn! Originally from Crystal Lake, Illinois, Trevor graduated with his Degree in Musical Theatre and Dance from The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He is currently based in New York City. Current roles include Young Scrooge in A Christmas Carol (Arizona Broadway Theatre), Mike/Mark US in A Chorus Line, Tiny Tim in Urinetown, and Ralph in Kiss Me, Kate! here at the mac. Harrison Smith

Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Harrison Smith is thrilled to join the Mac-Haydn Theatre for their 2022 Season! He is a BFA Musical Theatre major at Montclair State University. His favorite credits include: Zach in A Chorus Line, Hot Blades Harry in Urinetown, and Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast. Aside from his studies in theatre, Harrison is completing a second degree in Linguistics with a concentration in American Sign Language to English interpreting. He hopes to work towards accessibility in the arts throughout his professional career. Harrison also cherishes his membership in his university’s flagship choir – Montclair State’s University Singers – and has served as choreographer for many premiere performances of new choir masterworks, including Considering Matthew Shepard and Circlesong. Zoë is over the moon to be making her Mac-Haydn debut and returning to a show that is so close to her heart! Amanda Rodriguez

Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Amanda Rodriguez is a trained triple threat with 7 years of experience. She was in the ensemble of “Hairspray” in 2018 and “Hair” in 2017 at The Conservatory of Puerto Rico directed by Marcelino Alcalá. Amanda is currently in her second year studying Musical Theater at the American Musical of Dramatic Arts Conservatory in New York City While still studying at AMDA, she is taking some improv acting/dancing classes online. She also has 14 years of jazz and ballet training. Amanda has always been fond of her country, Puerto Rico. While she’s learning, she is also taking notes on the things she could bring back to PR and teach the kids back there. This has really helped her learn more about the career and her journey. By learning and taking notes, Amanda is always ready to show and perform what she has learned. Her concentration and teamwork skills she has been working on are one of the things she wants to show the world of entertainment.

Jessie J. Potter

Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Jessie J. Potter is thrilled to make her Mac-Haydn Theatre debut this summer as Judy Turner in A Chorus Line, and as an ensemble member in Urinetown and Kiss Me Kate! A recent recipient of the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, Jessie attends Marymount Manhattan College where she is earning a B.F.A in Musical Theater, with a minor in Communications. She played “Flo” in Marymount’s production of Good News, “Jacey” in Play It Forward, and was part of the Manson Trio in Pippin. Her previous professional theater work has been touring with KIDS From Wisconsin as a featured Singer/Dancer. Favorite previous roles include “Velma Kelly” in Chicago and “Elle Woods” in Legally Blonde. Jessie is also an accomplished gymnast, and plays piano and guitar. She would like to thank her family and friends for their love and support, and the Mac-Haydn Theatre family for this amazing opportunity!

Jared Martin (He/Him) is beyond excited to be making his Mac-Haydn debut this summer. Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, Jared is an Equity Membership Candidate who has worked professionally with the Hope Summer Rep Theatre company in Holland, MI. Previous professional credits include The Flick (Avery), A Year With Frog and Toad (Man Bird), and The Importance of Being Earnest (U/S Jack Worthing). Jared is a rising sophomore pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre at Shenandoah University where he has performed in A Chorus Line and HAIR. Anna is thrilled to be making her Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut, starring as Maggie in A Chorus Line and understudying Kate in Kiss Me Kate/Natalie in Next to Normal! Other favorite credits include Heather Chandler in Heathers: The Musical, Serena in Legally Blonde, Chastity in Anything Goes, and Ensemble in The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Anna earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. She also studied acting and new works under the National Theater Institute’s Theatermakers program at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center. Ricky Dobbs is so ecstatic to be back at the Mac-Haydn for another summer. He was seen last summer at the Mac as Mike Costa in “A Chorus Line”, Thalia in “Xanadu”, most famously your intermission 50/50 host, and in other shows across the summer. Some of his other favorite roles include Musidorus in “Head Over Heels” and Buddy the Elf in “Elf the Musical”. Ricky cannot be more excited to be spending another summer in Chatham, NY and is stoked to see so many friendly faces and so many new ones this season. Bella DePaola is so excited to return to The Mac Haydn Theatre for year 2! Last year she had the pleasure of being Val in A Chorus Line, Becky Two Shoes in Urinetown (U/S Penelope Pennywise), Susan Hershy in The Full Monty (U/S Georgie Bukatinski), and ensemble in Kiss Me Kate. This year, she made her Pace University Musical Theatre Mainstage debut in Into the Woods as Jack’s Mom (U/S Baker’s Wife, assistant choreographer), performed at 54 Below in The Golden Project, and was in a workshop of a new musical created by Nathan Tysen and Nippe Ankarblom. Other past credits include Chicago (Velma Kelly), Curtains (Roberta), and Oklahoma! (Skidmore Sister). Eric is thrilled to return to the Mac-Haydn team as the music supervisor and is excited to bring Chatham audiences such an incredible line-up of musicals. As an actor, Eric has been seen across the country and abroad, including productions at Paper Mill Playhouse, Goodspeed Opera House, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, The Cape Playhouse, Lyric Theatre Company, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Maine State Music Theatre, and Florida Repertory Theatre. He has sung with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and has performed in touring productions of Cats, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

EDDIE GUTIERREZ is a NYC based performer, director, and choreographer, working in both NYC and Los Angeles, on-stage and on-camera. After extensive work performing in productions of A Chorus Line including the 2016 Hollywood Bowl and 2018 NY City Center productions, Eddie was trained by Baayork Lee and the Michael Bennett estate in all of Bennett’s original direction and choreography for A Chorus Line, and now directs productions around the country. He has also studied with Moisés Kaufman and Tectonic Theater Project at NYU’s Experimental Theatre Wing, using their signature theater creation technique: “Moment Work” to generate new work for the university. Other directing and choreography credits include Loveology (Ars Nova), The Desert Rose (NYC Fringe Festival), Twilight: the Musical, MarInspired the Storytellers contemporary dance company, numerous commercials, and occasional guest teacher at NYU’s New Studio on Broadway.

Holly Lauren Dayton began performing at the age of 8 training in all disciplines of dance and piano. She graduated cum laude from Florida State University, double-majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. She has performed with the national tours of Elf the Musical and The Elf on the Shelf Musical. Regional credits include: A Chorus Line, Chicago, Crazy for You, Oklahoma, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Mamma Mia and Footloose. She was featured with Lady GaGa in the Sinatra100 CBS Special and Steve Wynn’s Showstoppers in Las Vegas. She is so grateful to be back at the Mac-Haydn and gives thanks to God for providing a path to pursue her passions everyday.

Anthony Velez

Anthony Velez is honored to be returning to the Mac- Haydn Theatre for their 2023 season. He is excited to have graduated NYU Tisch this year! His most recent credits include Al/James Haupt (BANDSTAND) at the Department of Drama’s New Studio on Broadway. You might remember his past roles as Paul San Marco (A CHORUS LINE), Sancho (MAN OF LA MANCHA) & Arpad Laszlo (SHE LOVES ME) at the Mac-Haydn Theatre. Anthony is also a National Youth Arts Awards 2019 recipient for the category of Best Actor in a Musical as Jack Kelly in NEWSIES (Pied Piper Youth Theatre). He is looking forward to taking his career to the next level by attending Peridance Conservatory in the Spring of 2024. Kylan is thrilled to be back with his Mac-Haydn family for another season. Originally from Ireland, he now calls New York City home. Bethany Marx

Bethany Marx is an Associate Professor of Theatre specializing in Costume Design at SUNY Oneonta in Upstate New York. She has been designing costumes for select Mac-Haydn productions since 2017, including Hello, Dolly!, Oklahoma, Mamma Mia, The Wedding Singer, She Loves Me, Urinetown, and Next to Normal. Bethany has also designed for Capital Repertory Theatre in Albany, the Virginia Shakespeare Festival, the Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre, and others. She holds a BFA from the University of Evansville in Evansville, IN and an MFA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Bethany teaches courses in costume design, construction, and history and designs two to three productions annually for SUNY Oneonta. She also enjoys making costumes and cosplaying with her husband and daughter.

Ashley DeLane Burger

Ashley DeLane Burger (Director/Choreographer) is returning for her 5th Season! She has been enjoying trying on as many different “hats” in the industry as possible over the last decade. Beyond a choreographer & performer Ashley DeLane is a proud teaching artist, at studio, high school and collegiate levels, judges dance competitions around the country, and last winter she joined the CoComelon Live National Tour as their Company Manager.
