Bernadette graduated at the beginning of the industry shutdown from West Texas A&M University, but it didn’t stop her from doing what she loves to do. Bernadette has worked at Six Flags as a Stage Manager, The Lost Colony as a technician, CocoMelon on Tour as Asst. Carpenter, and Madagascar as Head Carpenter. Touring has been her favorite job so far because she likes to travel, see all the new places, meet new people and the different ways they work or problem solve. She loves being a jack of all trades. Bernadette is excited to help out the Mac-Haydn as a wardrobe supervisor and see where else her career will take her.
Julia Kehrley is a freelance wardrobe supervisor and dresser based in Manhattan. She graduated from SUNY Sullivan and SUNY New Paltz respectively, and has gone on to work across the East Coast. Recent shows include Brooklyn Laundry, The Ally, Shadow/Land, The Bodyguard, Jersey Boys, and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. During her free time, Julia likes to play board games with friends and work at an Upper West Side craft beer bar called Craft + Carry. Julia would like to thank the Mac-Haydn, her incredible mentors Andrea Gorzell and Jessica Lόpez-Barkl, her loving partner Alan, and her family and friends (especially Mom, who has always been her number one fan). Enjoy the show!
Cole Capobianco is thrilled to return to the Mac-Haydn backstage for their third season. After spending this past winter revamping the Mac’s costume stock, Cole is overjoyed to switch gears from putting garments on hangers to getting them on performers. A true labor of love, Cole’s costumes overhaul journey brings new and improved costume shop, loft, and annex infrastructure, but not without the love, help, and support of the MHT family. Cole would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Skip Spateholts, David Tankersley, John Saunders, and James Benjamin Rogers in particular for making it all possible. Here’s to another excellent summer of art and laundry – break legs and enjoy, folks!
