Max Auerbacher

This is Max’s first year with the Mac-Hayden theater, though he’s had many years of experience in theater tech and design. Most recently, he was the stage manager for a production at Westchester Community College. He also built sets and worked on run crew for the theater program at the University of Rochester. In addition, he was the prop master for TOOP (the opposite of people) an alternative theater troupe at the University of Rochester. He has been working as a lighting technician for Silent G Productions at various locations around Westchester County. He is currently studying electrical engineering in Westchester, NY. Max likes taking things apart and putting things together, but mostly loves taking things apart.

Isabelle Sterling

ISABELLE STERLING is from North Haven, Connecticut, and is an incoming Senior, Design/Tech major at Western Connecticut State University. WCSU credits include Noises Off (Props Master), Metamorphoses (Assistant to the Set Designer and Props Master), Big Love (Assistant to the Set Designer/ Props Artisan/ Run Crew), Bat Boy: The Musical (Fly Captain), and Season’s Greetings (Assistant to the Set Designer/ Props Artisan/ Scenic Charge), Allegro (Master Carpenter/ Fly Captain), Marat Sade (Master Carpenter/ Fly Captain), Something Rotten (Master Carpenter/ Fly Captain), Next to Normal ( Master Carpenter), Donkey Show (Assistant Technical Director), and The Crucible (Assistant Technical Director/ Assistant Scenic Designer/ Scenic Charge). This is her second season as a Carpenter at The Mac-Haydn Theatre with her previous credits including the 2023 Season of 42nd Street, Footloose, Sound of Music, Godspell, and Jersey Boys.
