Bernadette graduated at the beginning of the industry shutdown from West Texas A&M University, but it didn’t stop her from doing what she loves to do. Bernadette has worked at Six Flags as a Stage Manager, The Lost Colony as a technician, CocoMelon on Tour as Asst. Carpenter, and Madagascar as Head Carpenter. Touring has been her favorite job so far because she likes to travel, see all the new places, meet new people and the different ways they work or problem solve. She loves being a jack of all trades. Bernadette is excited to help out the Mac-Haydn as a wardrobe supervisor and see where else her career will take her.
Hannah Sadler (she/they) is a rising sophomore working towards a Costume Design BFA at Marymount Manhattan College. Their past credits include Wardrobe supervisor of Carrie the Musical Directed by Michael Mendez, and Assistant Costume Designer of Uncle Vanya Directed by David Mold. In addition they also are participating in Equity Through Design Mentorship 2022-2023
This is Max’s first year with the Mac-Hayden theater, though he’s had many years of experience in theater tech and design. Most recently, he was the stage manager for a production at Westchester Community College. He also built sets and worked on run crew for the theater program at the University of Rochester. In addition, he was the prop master for TOOP (the opposite of people) an alternative theater troupe at the University of Rochester. He has been working as a lighting technician for Silent G Productions at various locations around Westchester County. He is currently studying electrical engineering in Westchester, NY. Max likes taking things apart and putting things together, but mostly loves taking things apart.
Annie Watson (they/them) is a recent graduate of Miami University (OH) with a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre with a Creative Writing Minor. Annie had previously been working as a costuming intern at Florida Studio Theatre for their 2022-2023 winter season and is thrilled to continue their costuming journey at The Mac-Haydn as a stitcher! Costume construction credits include She Kills Monsters (MU), Head Over Heels (MU), Charlotte’s Web (FST), Something Rotten! (FST) Babel (FST), Network (FST), and the world premiere of Visit Joe Whitefeather (and bring the family!) (FST). Costume design credits include The Last Acorn and Other Winning Plays by Young Playwrights (FST). They would like to thank their family for their unconditional love and unwavering support.
Isabelle Sterling is a carpenter for Mac-Haydn’s 2023 Summer Season. She started her path in theatre tech in high school at North Haven High School in North Haven, CT. Her NHHS credits include run crew for Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, and Phantom of the Opera. After discovering her love for theatre, she enrolled at Western Connecticut State University in 2021. She is now an incoming Junior Design/Tech Major at Western Connecticut State University for the class of 2025. WCSU credits include Noises Off (Props Master), and Metamorphoses (Assistant Set Designer and Props Master), Big Love (Assistant Set Designer and Props Artisan), Bat Boy (Fly Captain), Season’s Greetings (Assistant Set Designer and Props Artisan), Allegro (Master Carpenter and Fly Captain), and Marat Sade (Master Carpenter and Fly Captain). She is excited for an amazing summer season!
Rebecca is thrilled to be a part of Mac-Haydn Theatre’s Summer 2023 season! As a recent graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, she has participated in many aspects of technical theater but especially loves working in wardrobe. FDU theater credits include costume designer (The Children’s Hour), wardrobe supervisor (Tartuffe), wardrobe crew (Beauty and the Beast, The Full Monty, Twelfth Night, As You Like It), and props master (A Little Night Music, First Date, Steel Magnolias). Rebecca has also gone back to work on theatre productions at Hamden High School, as the scenic charge artist (Pride and Prejudice), lighting designer (The Way They Go), and scenic designer/charge artist (Legally Blonde), and has found much enjoyment in working with and teaching high school students about the technical side of theater. Tori is a recent graduate from Manhattan School of Music where she received a BM in musical theatre. Her past stage management work includes, The Secret Life of the American Musical, Freshman Pops, She Loves Me, On the Brink of a Lovely Song, and Paperboy (staged reading). She recently worked as a Front of House Assistant for Jujamcyn Theaters, and she served as an Assistant Production Manager at Williamstown Theatre Festival in the summer of 2022. Tori is so grateful for the opportunity to make her Mac-Haydn debut as this season’s Production Stage Manager. She would like to extend a huge thank you to her family, friends, and everyone who has supported her journey in stage management thus far.

He had the pleasure of designing both Xanadu and Forever Plaid last summer as well as Showstoppers and Gabe Belyeu’s one man show and is excited to be here for the whole summer this season. Sean has a BS degree in Music Industry and Recording Technology from York College and currently resides in Central Pennsylvania. He has been a sound designer for six years and a sound engineer for 18 years. You may have heard some of his designs at Gulfshore Playhouse, GableStage, Suncoast Broadway, The Naples Players, Penobscot Theatre Company, True North Theatre or Theatre Workshop of Nantucket. Claire comes from Southern California! She resides in Phoenix, rather her home does! Claire has been on tour for the past couple of years with Cocomelon Live: JJ’s Journey ! and Hits!: The Musical! as Wardrobe Supervisor. She loves being on the road! She first fell in love with live theatre when her family went to go see the 1st American Tour of Beauty and The Beast in L.A. She knew she always wanted to work in Entertainment and didnt care how! Now here she is with a B.A. degree from UCI’s Claire Trevor School of Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in Costume Design. Claire loves everything in the costume world! Audrey Lang (she/her) is thrilled to be back at the Mac for her fourth year, and third as part of the stage management team! Most recently, she was based in Summit County, Colorado, as a teaching artist for VIVO at Theatre SilCo. As a stage manager, Audrey’s credits include the national tours of CoComelon Live! JJ’s Journey (PSM) and Jersey Boys (ASM), Soho Rep’s production of Wolf Play (PA), and the 2021 and 2022 seasons at MHT (SM/ASM). Audrey is also an internationally-produced playwright; recent credits include finalist status for the Jewish Plays Project’s 2022 & 2023 contests, Bay Street Theater’s Title Wave New Works Festival, and the U.K. Premiere of her play alex getting better in June 2022. Eoghan is back for his 4th season at the Mac! He has been with the Mac since 2019, putting on favorites like A Chorus Line, The Full Monty, Next to Normal, Forever Plaid, Xanadu, Beehive, Sunset Boulevard, Grease, Ragtime, and Oklahoma. NYC area credits: Rock of Ages, West Side Story, Elf: the Musical (Argyle Theatre), In My Own Little Corner (Broadway Arts Community), Steel Magnolias (Gallery Players), The Floorshow (Combustion Collective), and many shows with the Actors Studio Drama School (Pace University). Emily Allen is so excited to be back for another year at her favorite summer theatre! She is even more thrilled to be taking on the challenge of Wig and Makeup Supervisor as well as being able to perform this summer. She is going into her senior year at Marymount Manhattan College and hopes to continue her studies and go to cosmetology school after graduation. Recently she had the opportunity to be apart of MMC MTA’s new work “A Princess Story” where she was the associate choreographer and an ensemble member. She can’t begin to thank John and Caitlin enough for believing in her and supporting her through her career. This is Cody’s 5th year at the Mac! He is excited to work this summer as the new Technical Director and face all the unique challenges and opportunities that may present themselves. He considers the Mac-Haydn to be a second home and has been drawn back year after year to create a fantastic environment for the actors and audiences to immerse themselves. Post Covid Cody Found himself on the road as Deck Carpenter for the Jersey Boys 2nd National tour traveling across the United States. Most of his favorite work has been done here at the Mac. The Hunchback of Notre Dame is definitely his favorite to have watched and built. He is so thankful to the Mac-Haydn Theatre for all of the amazing opportunities and hopes to have another great Season!
Emma Cummings is a Pittsburgh based Scenic Artist and Scenic Designer. She has worked with MacHaydn Theatre for five seasons designing the set for Pippin, Little Shop of Horrors and The Wedding Singer, as well as serving as a painter and carpenter for dozens of other productions. She has designed the sets for a variety of productions such as Tenderly; The Rosemary Clooney Musical (Playhouse on Park, CT) and Romeo and Juliet (Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center, PA). She has painted the sets all over the Northeast in New York, Pittsburgh, Connecticut, and Vermont. She is currently the Scene Shop Foreman at City Theatre Company in Pittsburgh. She spends her free time painting, illustrating, and collecting children’s books.
