REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Mac-Haydn Theatre has no obligation to issue refunds or cancellations. In the event of a cancellation by The Mac-Haydn Theatre for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.

PATRON CONDUCT AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR

The Mac-Haydn Theatre maintains a zero tolerance policy when it comes to the verbal or physical abuse of our staff, volunteers, patrons or performers. Irresponsible drinking or behavior, including solicitation of services or money will not be tolerated. Unnecessary noise, movements or actions deemed a distraction to staff, patrons or performers including the blocking of doors or hallways is strictly prohibited and enforced. Patrons exhibiting such behavior may be removed from the theater grounds. Under such circumstances, the Mac-Haydn will have no obligation to issue a refund.

ANIMALS

With the exception of service animals, animals are not permitted in the theater.
