Mac-Haydn stalwart Monica M. Wemitt takes on the villainous role of Miss Hannigan in Annie. This is a performance not to be missed. Ms. Wemitt was last seen as Dolly in the Berkshire Theatre Award winning Hello Dolly of 2017.
Wemitt is joined by Darrel Blackburn in the role of Daddy Warbucks. Audiences will remember Darrel as the marvelous Moonface Martin in last season’s Anything Goes. Blackburn returns having just played a run of Priscilla Queen of The Desert for Norwegian Cruise Lines.
Further casting of the title role and those adorable orphans will be announced soon.
The Wedding Singer
The charming Conor Fallon returns as the frontman for this hysterical ’80s flashback based on the Adam Sandler film. Fallon is remembered for his marvelous performances as Jimmie in Thoroughly Modern Millie and Rapunzel’s Prince in Into The Woods.
Kate Zulauf joins Fallon as the admiring waitress Julia after her wonderful Stephanie in last season’s Saturday Night Fever and Mac-Haydn favorite Meg Dooley returns as the outrageous Rosie.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
An all star cast of Mac-Haydn returnees has been assembled for the epic Hunchback of Notre Dame.
James Benjamin Rodgers, remembered by Mac-Hadyn audiences as Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde and for his unforgettable portrayal of Jean Valjean in our triumphant Les Misérables, leads the cast as Quasimodo.
Two more powerhouses of the Mac-Haydn stage round out the cast.
Quinto Ott returns as Frollo, fresh off the new North American Tour of Phantom of The Opera, and the satin voiced Laura Helm returns as the sultry Esmeralda.
Mamma Mia!
Mamma Mia finally arrives at The Mac-Haydn in July with the amazing Betsy Padamonsky starring as Donna.
Padamonsky revisits the role she has performed on numerous occasions, including with The Farewell National Touring Company!
Our remarkable diva is joined by the always impressive Mac-Haydn veteran Gabe Belyeu as Sam.
Cabaret
We couldn’t be more excited to announce that the incomparable Emily Kron returns as Sally Bowles in Cabaret.
Kron wowed audiences and critics alike last season as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, winning the 2017 Berkshire Theatre Award for Best Actress.
John Saunders directs and Sebastiani Romagnolo choreographs. This creative team created last season’s Berkshire Theatre Award winning Hello Dolly so their vision for Kander and Ebb’s masterpiece is a must see.
