Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Kevin Weldon made his Broadway Debut high above the stage as Peter Allen’s Stunt Double in Legs Diamond. He has worked regionally at GEVA, Stage West, Papermill, Pocono, Falmouth, and Cleveland Playhouses, Goodspeed Opera House, Walnut Street, Bucks County, Carousel, Westchester Broadway, and Actor’s Ensemble Theaters, and over Nine Hundred Performances of the Magnificent Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. As a cabaret performer, he has sung at 54 Below, Don’t Tell Mamas, Eighty-Eights, Rods, Seven Hills Inn, Eugene O’Neill Theater Center and is one half of the Cabaret Duo, The Backdoor Boys, performing in the Berkshires and the Hudson Valley for the past fifteen years. He lives in New Concord, and was elected to serve on the Chatham Town Board. So happy to be returning to the Musical Theater after a lengthy hiatus. Jacob Atkins

Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Jacob Atkins is thrilled to have this opportunity to perform at the Mac-Hadyn Theatre, returning to the role of Joe Pesci. You can find him currently at Elon University in his Senior year where he is getting his BFA in Musical Theatre. Later this year, you can also find him playing Georg in Spring Awakening. Other favorite credits include Pippin in Pippin, Jack Kelly in Newsies, and Edward Bloom in Big Fish. Some interesting facts about Jacob are that he eats fries in 2’s, and he is a Nerd at his core. Taye is so excited to be making his Mac Haydn debut in Jersey Boys!! Some of his select credits include: Palace Theatre, “Rent” (Paul/U.S Collins), “Bye Bye Birdie”, “The Full Monty”. Prather Productions, “Sister Act” (Curtis Jackson), “Joseph and the Amazing… “(Judah), “A Chorus Line” (Richie, Al, Don swing). Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Andrew Martin Maguire is thrilled to be making his Mac-Haydn debut in Jersey Boys. Regional/professional credits: Royal Caribbean’s production of Grease onboard the Independence of the Seas (Doody), Source One Fives’s filmed production of The Fantasticks in his hometown of Franklin, TN (Matt), Grandstreet Theatre’s production of Newsies in Helena, Montana (Romeo), and Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma’s production of Titanic (ensemble). Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree from Oklahoma City University in 2020 at a time when live theatre was impossible. Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Cydney Gleckner is overjoyed to be a part of the Mac-Haydn Theatre family this season. She will be a junior at Marymount Manhattan College in the coming academic year. She recently made her college MainStage debut as Carrie White in Carrie: The Musical. Other favorite roles include Elsa in Frozen, Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family, and Elle Woods in Legally Blonde. She can also be heard on the “En Pointe” cast Album, which is available on any streaming platform. When she is not performing, Cydney enjoys cooking, hiking, and driving around in her Toyota RAV4. She wants to extend her gratitude to her parents, Coehl, Rosie, Jon, Ellen, and Michael. Thank you for the guidance and amazing support!

Alivia Cross

Alivia Cross is glad to be making her MacHaydn scenic design debut in the ‘23 season. Alivia is currently a Theatre Design MFA candidate at Pennsylvania State University. Her research focus is the intersection between Theatre arts, education, and safety. She recently presented her work as part of the Mid-America Theatre Conference. Prior to graduate training, she worked as a scenic artist at various theatres, including, The Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, FL, Naples Players in Naples, FL, and Penobscot Theatre Company in Bangor, ME. Alivia recently returned from Prague, Czech Republic where she was researching sustainability practices within theatre arts at the Prague Quadrennial. Alivia received her bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre and Psychology from Wheaton College, MA in 2019.

Matthew Harper Stevenson

Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Matthew Harper Stevenson is a Virginia native but now resides in NYC. He could recently be seen as Younger Brother in Ragtime (American Stage), Kenickie in Grease (Palace Theatre) and Eugene in Grease again! (Interlakes Summer Theater). After graduating from Christopher Newport University with a degree in Musical Theater and Dance, he would take part in different workshops in the city such as new musicals Like the Wind, Survival of St. Joan and My Pet Dragon. He would like specifically to thank his parents Bob and Laura for their endless support, his sisters Brittany and Erin for their undoubted love and reassurance and his beautiful girlfriend Sarah for inspiring him to be the best he can be every day. Stephanie is an actor, singer, and dancer hailing from Clinton, North Carolina. She is ecstatic to be making her Mac-Haydn debut! Recent select credits include: Sandy Dumbrowski (GREASE), Cecily Cardew (THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST), Jo March (LITTLE WOMEN), Campbell Davis (BRING IT ON!), Theresa (CIRCLE MIRROR TRANSFORMATION), Brooke Wyndham (LEGALLY BLONDE), Young Maid (BERNARDA ALBA), and Suzannah (HAIR). Alessandra Alcala

Alessandra Alcala is a Southern California native and very excited to be on this side of the country for the Mac-Haydn’s 2023 Season! Most recently she served as the Music Assistant/Keyboard Sub for Center Theatre Group’s revival of “The Secret Garden” at LA’s Ahmanson Theatre. Other credits: Great American Melodrama (Resident MD/Composer/Arranger), SLO REP (MD: Xanadu, The Marvelous Wonderettes), Pacific Conservatory Theatre (Asst. MD: The Secret Garden, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, MD: Chicago). She is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Music, and studied Choral Music/Conducting through the Delaware Choral Symposium in Provence, France. When not behind the keyboard, you can catch her playing this weird instrument called the fife – select performances include: Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Universal Studios, and Disneyland. Arthur Beutel

Mac-Haydn Theatre Debut

Arthur Beutel is a classically trained singer based in New York City. His dynamic, high-energy approach to performing in both musical theater and classical styles brings his unique brand of humor to the stage for all to enjoy. He received his Bachelor of Music in Opera from Colorado State University and a Graduate Certificate in Vocal Performance from the University of Connecticut. Arthur is studying classical voice with baritone, Brian Montgomery and musical theater with Chris Citera of the Mike Ruckles Voice Studio. Arthur recently made his off-broadway debut playing Mr.Pinkerton in PINKALICIOUS: THE MUSICAL with Vital Theatre Company at the Soho Playhouse. He spent last summer in Lincoln, NH with NCCA Jean’s Playhouse performing The Sound of Music (Max Detweiler), Cabaret (Ernst Ludwig) and Mamma Mia! (Bill Anderson). Arthur joined The Metropolitan Opera for their final production of Verdi’s AIDA (2022-2023) and in Poulenc’s Dialogue of the Carmelites (2023).

John Hannigan

John is delighted to be returning to the Mac-Haydn stage this summer after helping to close out last season as Smudge in Forever Plaid! This is John’s fourth regional production of Jersey Boys, and he is so excited to continue sharing its amazing story, this time as Four Seasons bass Nick Massi. Favorite productions in New York and regional theatre include Songs for a New World (Milton Theatre), Jersey Boys (Mountain Theatre Company, White Plains PAC), Forever Plaid (Plaza Theatricals), The Last Five Years (Merrick Theatre), Altar Boyz (Porchlight Productions) West Side Story (Heights Players), and Rent (CM PAC). Claire comes from Southern California! She resides in Phoenix, rather her home does! Claire has been on tour for the past couple of years with Cocomelon Live: JJ’s Journey ! and Hits!: The Musical! as Wardrobe Supervisor. She loves being on the road! She first fell in love with live theatre when her family went to go see the 1st American Tour of Beauty and The Beast in L.A. She knew she always wanted to work in Entertainment and didnt care how! Now here she is with a B.A. degree from UCI’s Claire Trevor School of Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in Costume Design. Claire loves everything in the costume world! She would like to thank her Family and Friends back home and all over the states, for all the love and support through her career.

Bella DePaola is so excited to return to The Mac Haydn Theatre for year 2! Last year she had the pleasure of being Val in A Chorus Line, Becky Two Shoes in Urinetown (U/S Penelope Pennywise), Susan Hershy in The Full Monty (U/S Georgie Bukatinski), and ensemble in Kiss Me Kate. This year, she made her Pace University Musical Theatre Mainstage debut in Into the Woods as Jack’s Mom (U/S Baker’s Wife, assistant choreographer), performed at 54 Below in The Golden Project, and was in a workshop of a new musical created by Nathan Tysen and Nippe Ankarblom. Other past credits include Chicago (Velma Kelly), Curtains (Roberta), and Oklahoma! (Skidmore Sister). Eric is thrilled to return to the Mac-Haydn team as the music supervisor and is excited to bring Chatham audiences such an incredible line-up of musicals. As an actor, Eric has been seen across the country and abroad, including productions at Paper Mill Playhouse, Goodspeed Opera House, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, The Cape Playhouse, Lyric Theatre Company, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Maine State Music Theatre, and Florida Repertory Theatre. He has sung with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and has performed in touring productions of Cats, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Anthony Velez

Anthony Velez is honored to be returning to the Mac- Haydn Theatre for their 2023 season. He is excited to have graduated NYU Tisch this year! His most recent credits include Al/James Haupt (BANDSTAND) at the Department of Drama’s New Studio on Broadway. You might remember his past roles as Paul San Marco (A CHORUS LINE), Sancho (MAN OF LA MANCHA) & Arpad Laszlo (SHE LOVES ME) at the Mac-Haydn Theatre. Anthony is also a National Youth Arts Awards 2019 recipient for the category of Best Actor in a Musical as Jack Kelly in NEWSIES (Pied Piper Youth Theatre). He is looking forward to taking his career to the next level by attending Peridance Conservatory in the Spring of 2024. Andrew Burton Kelley is thrilled to be returning to the Mac-Haydn! Andrew lives in NYC with his wife and fellow actor Rachel Pantazis, but is originally from Westminster, MA. He has performed across the country in the National Tour of Waitress, and on Carnival Cruise Lines, along with many regional productions in New Hampshire, Michigan, Massachusetts, and New York. Past Mac-Haydn roles include Sonny (Xanadu), Henry (Next to Normal), Will Parker (Oklahoma!), Lewis (Pippin), Kodlay (She Loves Me, Berkshire Theatre Award Nominated), Houdini (Ragtime), and Seymour (Little Shop of Horrors). Rachel Pantazis is overjoyed to be returning to the Mac for her 4th season! Rachel is a classically trained soprano who has performed nationally and internationally for audiences on land and sea. She has just celebrated her first year as a soprano 2 with America’s Sweethearts NYC, an Andrews Sisters tribute group that travels the country honoring veterans. She also just finished her first NYC workshop of Anne of Green Gables with Open Arts Alliance as Mrs. Barry. Rachel teaches private voice out of her apartment in upper Manhattan and recently returned from music directing youth theatre camps at the Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School in Colorado. Favorite roles at the Mac include Ado Annie in Oklahoma!, Betty in Sunset Boulevard, the Housekeeper in Man of La Mancha, Calliope in Xanadu, and Nikki in Curtains. ABK

Emily Allen is so excited to be back for another year at her favorite summer theatre! She is even more thrilled to be taking on the challenge of Wig and Makeup Supervisor as well as being able to perform this summer. She is going into her senior year at Marymount Manhattan College and hopes to continue her studies and go to cosmetology school after graduation. Recently she had the opportunity to be apart of MMC MTA’s new work “A Princess Story” where she was the associate choreographer and an ensemble member. Ashley DeLane Burger (Director/Choreographer) is returning for her 5th Season! She has been enjoying trying on as many different “hats” in the industry as possible over the last decade. Conor Robert Fallon

Conor Fallon is so excited to be returning to the Mac since his last appearance as Robbie Hart in the Wedding Singer back in 2018! Conor lives in Brooklyn and works as a Carpenter and Bartender when he’s not treading the boards. Some of Conor’s previous roles at the Mac-Haydn were Jimmy in Thoroughly Modern Millie, Link Larkin in Hairspray, Freddy in My Fair Lady and Rapunzel’s Prince in Into The Woods. Gabe Belyeu is ecstatic to be back home at the Mac for another season! Last year you saw him as Zach in A Chorus Line, Officer Lockstock in Urinetown, Dr. Madden in Next to Normal, and Harold in The Full Monty; as well as his Berkshire Theatre Award winning performance in his cabaret, A Call to Places. Over the past year, Gabe was featured in The Great Gatsby at Ivoryton Playhouse and starred in Scrooge the musical at Theatre Workshop of Nantucket.
