The Berkshire Theatre Critics Association has announced the nominations for the 2017 Berkshire Theatre Awards “The Berkies” and The Mac-Haydn Theatre has a total of 11 nominations!

This is the second year of the awards. Last year, we were nominated for 5 awards, including best musical in Sister Act

Outstanding Performance by a Supporting Actor in a Musical

Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actor in a Musical
Mark Hardy – Sweeney Todd

Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actress in a Musical
Emily Kron – Sweeney Todd
Monica M. Wemitt – Hello, Dolly

Outstanding Direction of a Musical
John Saunders – Hello, Dolly

Outstanding Costume Design
Bethany Marx – Hello, Dolly

Outstanding Choreography
Sebastiani Romagnolo – Hello, Dolly

Best Production of a Musical
Hello, Dolly
Sweeney Todd
