Early Bird Subscriptions – 2025

New and Current Subscribers and Founder’s Circle members can purchase their subscriptions now to secure the best available seats and save considerably on your 7 shows. That’s a saving on every ticket. Plus, you avoid those annoying per ticket processing fees. One $10 processing fee has you covered, no matter how many subscriptions you purchase!

Early Bird Subscriptions for 2025 are now open for existing 7 Show Subscribers and Founders. Current subscribers must complete and pay for their Subscription or Founder’s Circle Membership by November 1, 2025 to guarantee their seat selections from 2024.

Ticket Purchasing Information

  • All major credit card payments are welcome.
  • Ticket orders must be paid for at the time of reservation.
  • Please check your selections carefully for the correct date, time, and seat location. Errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • There are no current COVID-19 protocols in place for audience members. Learn More Here
  • No cancellations or refunds. This includes COVID-19 related cancellations.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Mac-Haydn Theatre has no obligation to issue refunds or cancellations. In the event of a cancellation by The Mac-Haydn Theatre for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.

Patron Conduct and Disruptive Behavior

The Mac-Haydn Theatre maintains a zero tolerance policy when it comes to the verbal or physical abuse of our staff, volunteers, patrons or performers. Irresponsible drinking or behavior, including solicitation of services or money will not be tolerated. Unnecessary noise, movements or actions deemed a distraction to staff, patrons or performers including the blocking of doors or hallways is strictly prohibited and enforced. Patrons exhibiting such behavior may be removed from the theater grounds. Under such circumstances, the Mac-Haydn will have no obligation to issue a refund.

Animals

With the exception of service animals, animals are not permitted in the theater.

Privacy Policy

Your name and address will be provided to the venue only. Your personal information will not be shared to other organizations.

Children’s Theatre

  • As we continue to make our way back to a full programming schedule, we will not be staging any Children’s Theatre performances in 2025.
  • Children’s Theatre Subscriptions: $30.00
